Treasures Of A Friend

If we find a real true friend
That's always there for you
To share some fun in the sun
And share your sorrows too

You can count yourself as lucky
For you'll find that's very rare
To have the same values
And experiences that we share

To spend some time just talking
Or a hug that's so sincere
Is something that I treasure
whether being far or near

And although we met not long ago
You're considered a very dear friend
For the way I feel about you
Our friendship will never end
